On Monday, September 12th after 19:00h CET we will do a Panorama system update. There will be a downtime of 2 hours. This new release will include the following new functionalities:

NEW FEATURES:

  • 360º Evaluation – We have a new component in the project module, the organization chart.

When you access the organisational chart you will be able to see the organisational relationships of the participants in the Project.

The double check that you can see to the right of some names indicates that these people are participants in the project.B

By clicking on any of these names you can see the tasks they have pending. Following the example of the image, we have the participant Pablo Sánchez who has to carry out his self-evaluation, that of his manager Manuel Fernandez, that of his peer Ana Muñoz and that of his direct report Raul Murillo.

Here there will appear people who are not directly participating in the Project, but who are indirectly participating as evaluators because they are managers, peers or direct reports of one of the participants.

  • 360º Evaluation – We have added a filter in the participants table for the 360º evaluation tool that allows filtering by status type (done and pending) for each evaluating group, which allows the PM to manage the project much more efficiently.

 

  • 360º Evaluation – Feedback 360 report: From now on the 360º evaluation tool report will be released on the participant’s landing page after the due date of the tool. In addition, if the “automatic sending of the results report” has been activated in the tool’s configuration, the participant will receive an email informing him/her that the feedback report is available on his/her landing page.

 

 

  • 360º evaluation – excel download: We include in the excel download of results all relevant information about the 360º assessment tool.
    • Self-assessment score for each competence
    • Manager score for each competence
    • Average score of peers for each competency
    • Average score of collaborators for each competency
    • Average score of the evaluators (without self-assessment) for each competence
    • Open questions
  • Projects – Excel download: We have included the answers to the open questions from the observation guides in the excel download of participants’ results.
  • Projects – Communication: We have made some changes to the project’s communication configuration style and added a new feature that allows you to create email templates. After launching the project, you can edit the templates and add more.

 

These templates can be used in bulk action from both the participant and assessor tables.

  • Parter Area – Assessment model: We are preparing the partner area to offer the possibility to pre-load an assessment model that can later be included in the new clients so that they can have it available directly in their assessment model area. As a first iteration, we have included in the partner area the module “Assessment model”.
  • User profile: We have remodelled the Panorama user interface to give you the possibility to change the language quickly without having to leave the platform.

On Monday, February 14th after 19:00h CET we will do a Panorama system update. There will be a downtime of 2 hours. This new release will include the following new functionalities:

NEW FEATURES:

We have enabled the possibility to upload Excel documents in the tool “documents upload by participants”. This will expand the number of formats allowed to be used.

As you know in the previous deployment, we enabled a new criterion in smartgroups, which was project participation. Now, we have added the possibility to filter in the project participation column in smartgroups. You will have the possibility to filter by project and/or participant status.

Participants can now contact their assessor directly through the landing page by clicking on the button (i) session information. This will allow them to contact their assessor if they have any problems or questions with the scheduling of the phase.In addition, the participant will now also be able to see who will be his/her assessor in the phases where this is required and where someone has already been assigned to him or her.

 

We have some news about the role of the assessor. From now on, assessors will be just another type of role in Panorama, just like HRM or PM. When you create a person from people and you want them to have the assessor role in one of your projects, you will have to assign them the assessor role.


CHANGES:

We have some Improvements in the excel download. When you download the data from the participant’s table, you will be able to choose between Table view and Custom view. Table view file includes the same columns and order as the table is configured, and Custom view can include personal data and project results.

Also, once you download the Excel file you will find 2 tabs. One of them includes information about the project, such as name and phases included. And the other tab includes project data, metadata, scores, ratings, etc.

 

We have changed the observation notes that are included in the observation guides into open text fields to improve usability.

On Monday, January 17th after 19:00h CET we will do a Panorama system update. There will be a downtime of 2 hours. This new release will include the following new functionalities:

NEW FEATURES:

— Panorama’s project sidebar has been updated, providing you with the possibility to filter by projects status.


Within the People section, when creating a smartgroup, you can now add the project participation as criteria. Project participation criteria will allow filtering by every active and finished project and participant status.
Within the General Overview section of Analytics, one last module has been added providing you with more insight on the projects within your Panorama account. This module includes tool usage.

The possibility of assigning dates and times in individual observation guides and feedback sessions has been enabled.

Within People, the Matching People functionality has been enabled, which allows viewing Similar Profiles from Smart Groups and Groups has been enabled. This will allow you to meet people whose profile is similar to the people who are included in that group or smartgroup.

We present you the new look and feel of Panorama, new colours that make it much more attractive.

— You find changes in the representation of assignments for both the projects and assessor module.

— It has been made possible to edit the date, time and place of an assignment to the assigned assessor.

In every release, we are continuously working on improving Panorama’s design and overall performance, including fixing any glitches or bugs that may arise. Recently, there has been an increase in the number of clients and overall platform usage. In order to ensure Panorama performs adequately, we have implemented new developments so that the platform processes quickly even with a great volume of activity.

On Tuesday, December 14th after 19:00h CET we will do a Panorama system update. There will be a downtime of 2 hours. This new Release will include the following new functionalities:

NEW FEATURES:

— Within a project, as a PM or HRM you now have access to a series of help videos that will guide you when creating a project within Panorama.


A new tool has been created called Document Uploaded by Participant, which allows participants to add documents from the landing page. Only .pdf, .docx and .doc formats are permitted.
 

Within the General Overview section of Analytics, four new modules have been added providing you with more insight on the projects within your Panorama account. These modules include insights on participants’ activity within projects

 

Panorama’s project sidebar has been updated, providing you with folders that help you to organize your projects better. You can favorite a project saving it in the My Favorites folder. Additionally, projects will be organized in folders including Created by Me and All Projects.

 

— You can now download an Observation Guide, including the Evaluation sheet to later save and print.

— The Observation Guide tool setup has undergone an update, giving it a new design. The previous features have not changed, but now you have the option to preview the guide from the assessment settings area.

 

October 18th, 2021

On Monday October 18th after 19pm CET we will do a Panorama system update. There will be a downtime of 2 hours. This new Release will include the following new functionalities:

REMINDER:

In Panorama’s last release, we added the required field of the client email domain within the Partner Area. It is crucial that you add these corporate emails domains to avoid having employees removed from the platform due to GDPR rules, especially if carrying out an internal assessment.

NEW FEATURES:

— The Metadata section has been revamped providing more flexibility when creating metadata values for participants. You now have two types of metadata: fixed and custom. Additionally, for both, you can decide if it is compulsory data, required in auto-registration forms, sensitive data, visible in reports, or visible in feedback reports. For custom metadata only, you will be able to decide if the values can be open-text or multiple-choice. Check out the video below for a more detailed explanation!


Within the Partner Area, you now have the chance to reactivate a client that you previously deactivated.


You now have the possibility to add a participant’s CV to their profile. This will help to extend the types of projects you can create within Panorama. 

As a PM/HRM of a project, you can now reset any TKT or AON assessment giving you more autonomy when managing projects.

— You can now format your questions within the Observation Guide.

— Within the CSV download from the Partner Area, the column for the client’s name and the date of the last project created have been separated into two columns.

NEW FEATURES:

We have added one last section to the Dashboard Projects area: Get to know your company. In this section, you will be able to review a breakdown of the metadata for participants within your project. This can include metadata such as Location, Function, Employee ID, etc.


You can now add videos to the landing page of your project by pasting the URL of the video. It supports YouTube, Vimeo and any mp4 format uploaded to a server.


Squares has been fully integrated within Panorama.


CHANGES:

New fields have been added to the Data Usage excel that can be downloaded from the Partner Area, which includes name, last name, participant UUID and participant ID.

 

August 16th, 2021

On Monday, August 23rd after 19pm CET wewilldo a Panorama system update. There will be a downtime of two hours. This new releasewillincludethefollowing new functionalities:

NEW FEATURES:

A new required field has been added when creating a new client from the Partner Area. This field is the email domain name. When adding new participants whose email domain does not match that of the company, they will automatically be categorized as external clients.


We have updated the Projects Dashboard area with two new sections: average results and score results. Here you will be able to visualize real-time data on participants’ results within a project.


Within the results of a Shapes assessment, we added the validity score. This information will help you determine if a participant has completed the assessment correctly and if they should retake it. In order to activate this functionality, you will need to send a request to Panorama’s support team.


CHANGES:

PMs can now upload participants via CSV. They can now add up to 1000 participants.

Assessors can now order their assignments by date per stage.

It is now possible to add the start and end date variables to any communication created: invitation, reminder, results, custom.

NEW FEATURES:

For those with access to the Partner Area account, you will now be able to download client usage. You will also have the possibility to deactivate clients from this area.

 

We have added the possibility to filter Assignments by assessors and dates, allowing you to better organize and visualize your lists of assignments.

 

Within the Statistics section of each project, you can now view the Projects Dashboard providing you with real-time data on the total number of participants and journey completion. More to come in the next releases!

 

You can now sort and apply filters based on the results in the formula columns.

— We have new features within the People module: 

We have included the Overview section within the person’ details where you will find the participant scores from the last project in which each variable has been measured. You will also see variables results that are obtained from tools that can measure the variable but have not been directly assessed in a project. 

You can now create your own Smart Groups based on your desired criteria. Then, people that match those criteria will be included automatically in that smart group. 

We have activated a new module in Panorama called Analytics. You can also contact us to give you more information and ask for your custom dashboard to be included in this new module. 

Within the observation guides, we have created the possibility to add participant documents from a library. Online group dynamics created by TKT will be found here.

— It is now possible for HRMs to include PMs in projects even if they are not owners of the project. 

— We have added a status column to the assignment tab that will allow you to filter and sort participants according to the defined criteria.

— Now you will be able to see in the participant table as many columns as formulas have been created for that project. These columns are filterable and sortable.

— Participants will receive the report un the language they have set by default. In addition, we have added the possibility for the participants to change the language of the reports.

 — When sharing the report or feedback report with others, the person receiving it will do so in the main language of the project by default.

We gladly inform you that next Tuesday May 25th after 19pm CET we will make new Panorama system update. The system will have a downtime of 30 minutes to ensure the correct maintenance of the platform.

This new Release will include the following new functionalities:

NEW FEATURES:

— In the last release, we launched our new section of People and now we are rolling out new features within the section, which include:

Creating new Groups and adding people to Created Groups. Think of these group as folders where you can add People to them in order to better organize information.

Mark Created Group(s) as Favourite. These favourited groups are distinct for each HRM/Admin. So, not each HRM/Admin will have the same favourited groups.

CHANGES:

— We have made possible for PMs and Assessors to mark Reports as completed whenever they’d like. This gives Assessors/PMs more flexibility when editing, allowing you to mark the Participant Report as completed BEFORE the Feedback Session and independent of whether they have finished their journey

— You will also be able to see an update in the interface’s colors.

NEW FEATURES

— We have activated a new module in Panorama called People, where only the Administrator of the account and the HR Managers of the account will have access to this view.

In this new module you´ll have the whole list of people included into your Panorama account and be able to perform some actions:

Create new people: by a bulk upload via csv or individually.
Edit and change their information and their role in the system.
View the whole list of projects and information obtained in those for the participants included.

We have also created some default smartgroups. A smartgroup is an intelligent folder that will automatically include the people that matches the conditions of that smartgroup. In the future you will be able to create your own smartgroups based on your desired criteria!

— We have enhanced the feedback report and the feedback report builder. You´ll be able to include more information to share with the participants such as competency scores and definitions, specific comments of an assessor for each competency, and much more: 

— It is possible now to save the Panorama reports as pdf, either within Panorama or as a participant whose report has been shared:

NEW FEATURES

— We have added the “Autosave” functionality for observation guides, Participant report and Feedback report. Now assessors won´t need to save their progress when they are editing the observation guides or reports of the participants, since it will be automatically saved all the time.

Project manager users will be able now to edit the reports of the participants and mark them as done even if they have not been assigned to the participants as assessors.

— We have improved the excel download of a Panorama project. You will now be able to download all of the information obtained in a Panorama project:

Results in each of the tests completed.
Responses of the participants in the free forms.
Results in the competencies, indicators, assessor assigned, and observations included in the observation guides.
Final scores in the competencies and conclusions included in the report.
Result of each scoring formula created.
Personal data and metadata.

— It is possible to customize the e-mails communications with participants including their surname. It is now possible to include the new variable of “surname”

— Participants won´t receive e-mails when an assessor is assigned or changed in the interview stages. Participants will only be notified about changes in their project when any date, time or location are modified, an assessor changes their booking link or someone calls them through Panorama.

Project Managers will be able to:

• Send custom e-mails to assessors assigned to projects:

• Upload documents/ urls to the participant detail. This documents will be stored in the participant detail of each project to be consulted by Project Managers/ assessors of the project. The Project Managers will be able to eliminate the documents uploaded.

— There is a new tool called “Feedback Session”. You can include this new tool in the Journey of a project to let your participants know that they ́ll have a feedback session and assign it to the assessor that will maintain the session. If the assessor has included a link to their online booking system, it will appear on this stage of journey in the Landing Page, so the participants can schedule their meeting with the assessor assigned: 

— We have implemented WebSockets, a new technology that will let the Landing Page of the participants to update automatically each time they move to a next stage or a support material is released. Participants won ́t need to refresh their Landing Pages.

CHANGES:

— The Participant Report and the feedback report are now reports always available in a project. It can be assigned or not to assessors, and can be shared in any moment (even if the participant has not finished the journey): 

— In the observation sheet of the observation guides we have a new box to include general notes of the session and you will see the name of the participant in the tab of your browser.

— The Auto-registration forms and now branded. They will automatically get the logo and the main color of the Panorama account.

NEW FEATURES:

Auto-registration form to register to projects: Now it is possible to activate an auto-registration form to a project to open the free entrance of participants into a project. This will provide a public link that can be shared with the desired participants to a project, or to include it in any communication/ landing page to allow your employees or candidates to participate in a project.

— Add the account corporate e-mail domains in the client settings. If a corporate e-mail domain is included, then Panorama will be able to differentiate between participants that are employees of the company account or external candidates.

 

Edition of the participant data in the projects: It is possible to edit the participant information (personal details, metadata and languages) individually and on bulk.

Do I have to do anything about it?

No. This change is transparent to both candidates and clients

However, for some customers who have additional security measures activated, they may need to take this change into account so that Panorama users can still benefits from the videoconferencing service provided by Panorama. Otherwise, people of your company that needs to use the videoconferencing solution of Panorama, might not be able to connect to the calls.

Please see the technical information section and share it with your systems administrator for his consideration.

Technical information to share with your IT department

We are changing our videoconferencing soliution provider, integrated in Panorama from Vydio.io to Amazon Change. The main reson for this migration is to provide a better service to our Panorama users and make sure that all the data is stored in EU servers.

This migration will take place on December 21st.

It may be important for you to consider the following information to prevent your firewalls from blocking the videoconferencing functionality for your companies Panorama users.

NEW FEATURES:

— To comply with GDPR and assure an excellent experience of our participants we have eliminated all cookies from Panorama.

— It is now possible to customize the data retention periods for each Panorama account. Panorama has 2 different retention periods:

• Period until blocking of data: the time since a participant is included in a project and enters the landing page after reading the Privacy Notice. By default, Panorama has retention period of 12 months, but clients can customize to the number of months they have defined by their Legal departments. After the 12 months or in case this has been customized by the client the number of months decided, the data of those participants will be blocked and not accessible anymore directly through Panorama. Although a copy will be stored in Panoramas database.

• Period until anonymization of data: time since the data has been blocked until the data of participants is properly anonymized and undefinable. By default, Panorama establishes a period of 3 years to maintain the data blocked until it is anonymized, but this period is also customizable for each Panorama account.

The edition of this retention periods needs to be communicated to the Panorama team to be changed in the client account configuration. This data will be editable in the future for each Admin user in the Admin. Panel.

— Last Iteration of the changes in the Reports Looks and feel:

— The length of the URL´s on the Group observation guides in the assignations have been increased to 300 characters.

— We have enhanced the performance in the project set up screen, making it easier and faster to cross variables and tools.

NEW features and changes

— We have created a builder for the Participants Report and the Feedback report. You will be able to choose which sections you want to appear in your reports. Click on the video:

— We have added the possibility of including in the same announcement more than 1 URL. You´ll now be able also to include .pdf documents in announcements that will always be visible and at the participant disposal through their Landing Page.

— Participants will now be able to choose in which language they want to complete their Aon online assessments, from the languages available in Panorama. In their landing page they will have a dropdown list to select the language of the tool. 

— You will now be able to hide formulas of a project, this way you can create all the formulas that you want and decide if you want to use them or not in your project.

There are 2 new roles in Panorama:

— Administrator: This role will only have access to the Administration Panel in order to be able to modify the account settings: 

HRM: This role can have access to all of the projects created in a Panorama account, to the Assessment data and the Peoples Metadata. Can also perform the same actions as a PM and can upload unlimited participants to projects via csv.

NEW SECTIONS

We continue working on improving the performance of Panorama. You will be able to see that now adding variables, tools and setting up projects is much easier.

In order to improve the experience of the assessors, the names of the stages of the Journey are now represented in the final Report.  

— It is now possible to edit a project once launched. You will be able to edit:

     – E-mails

     – Links of the announcements

     – Edit and add new support material of the observation guides

— You will have available the Digital Leader Model in Panorama to select its competencies in your projects.

— We have included an arrow in the “Score” column to indicate to the users that they can order the score column

— Participants will receive an e-mail indicating that there have been changes in the project, when the Project Manager assigns a date for a group exercise. This will allow participants to access their Landing Page and check the changes.
